LILLIAN GONZÁLEZ

Director of Creative Affairs and Animation Projects Executive Producer


Lillian graduated in Information Sciences from the University of Navarra. She continued her studies at UCLA, Los Angeles, where she completed a programme in Film and TV Development. She later achieved a Master’s degree in Film, Television and Interactive Media at Rey Juan Carlos University.

Lillian pursued a teaching career as professor of Scriptwriting and Audiovisual Narrative at the Centro Universitario Villanueva as part of the Audiovisual Communication degree programme. She has also supervised final-year Master’s projects at the University of Navarra, the University of Los Andes (Chile) and for the Master’s degree in Screenplay and Television Series at Rey Juan Carlos University.

From time to time, she translates and adapts films for dubbing: notable examples include The Shawshank Redemption (Spanish title: Cadena Perpetua) by Frank Darabont, as well as her translation of the book “The Elements of Screenwriting: A Guide for Film and Television Writers” (Spanish title: Elementos del Guion) by Irwin Blacker.

Over the course of her professional career, she has also worked as a story analyst for companies such as Columbia Pictures, Sogecine, Filmayer, Esicma and Toro Pictures.

As a screenwriter, she worked on the project “Summer Camp”, which was picked up by Columbia Films Producciones Españolas. 2007 saw the premiere of Angeles S.A (by Eduard Bosch), written in collaboration with Inma Cánovas and produced by Multipark and Antena 3 Films.

Lillian is currently Director of Creative Affairs and Animation Projects Executive Producer at 4 CATS PICTURES.
